# Admission criteria. Executives, senior and mid-level managers, professionals and entrepreneurs are encouraged to apply to the McGill – HEC Montréal EMBA program.The program is designed for experienced managers with high achievement objectives and strong indications of leadership potential. ## The admission criteria include:. * **Work Experience:** A minimum of 10 years. * **Management Experience:** A minimum of 5 years. *Candidates without undergraduate degrees, but with substantial managerial experience are encouraged to apply, as exceptional candidates may be admitted to the program.*. *Candidates must be able to speak and write in either English or French and must understand and be able to read the other language. Applicants will be informed directly, if this is the case. If you are interested in this program but do not necessarily fit all the criteria mentioned above, please complete the **Pre-Application Assessment Form**. In the event that students do not successfully complete the test in the first term, they will be provided with tutoring by the EMBA program and be permitted to take the test again. 3. **Co-curricular Modules.** Students are expected to participate in a series of three co-curriculur modules throughout the course of the program; these are Executive Coaching, The Healthy Executive, and the JMSB Executives Connect Series. 4. **Academic Standing.** Please refer to theAcademic Standing section of the Calendar for a detailed review of the Academic Regulations.

The John Molson Executive MBA produces leaders who flourish in times of ambiguity and fast-paced change. The program covers fundamental contemporary business concepts and is divided into four thematic terms, each capped by an integrative course applying the learned knowledge in a real-life context. Collaborate with faculty members who are carefully selected based on their in-depth subject knowledge, proven teaching and facilitation skills and hands-on familiarity with the “real life” business world.
