# Road To Work Program. The Road to Work Program is a hands-on employment program connecting youth ages 18–25 with opportunities in construction, road building, and traffic safety. Through paid training at $15/hour, participants gain industry-recognized safety certifications and practical skills needed to enter the workforce with confidence. The Road to Work Program helps youth gain the skills, certifications, and experience needed to start a career in construction, road work, and traffic safety, all while earning during training. Through partnerships with industry employers, this program creates a direct path from training to employment. After training, participants are supported in applying for jobs with YOUCAN’s industry partners. * Desire to start a career in the construction, road work, or traffic safety industries. * Ability to attend 7 consecutive weeks of training, Monday to Friday (8:30am-4:00pm). After a short pre-screening application, complete the full application for one of our core programs and our Admissions Team will email you directly. As the Junior Data Analyst (JDA) and Network Security Professional (NSP) programs are more advanced programs, if you meet the basic eligibility criteria, JDA and NSP applicants will be asked to complete a technical assessment.
