The average salary at program start for students in the 2025 survey was $192,644. EMBAC conducts the survey to track the perceptions and opinions of EMBA Program graduates and to help measure the return on investment of the degree. The survey included 724 students from 25 EMBA Programs, as well as 17 additional MBA as well as specialized master’s programs with 476 students, primarily based in the United States.
