IYMSCORPS IS A FREE PROGRAM that allows youth to gain valuable foundational and transferable skills through designing youth-led and youth-driven community engagement projects. The Youth Trade Builder is a FREE program funded by the Ministry of Post Secondary Education and Future Skills which is intended to increase the labour force participation of young adults aged 16-29, who are generally employment ready. SAFE programs support children and youth to divert them from pathways to gang involvement. ### The Youth Intercultural Family Support Program (IFSP). The Youth Intercultural Family Support Program (IFSP) is set up to help youth (18 and under) by offering culturally sensitive and trauma- informed counselling. The Intercultural Youth Employment Services (IYES), funded by the Government of Canada, is a fully paid initiative designed to help young people build confidence, gain valuable skills, and find real job opportunities. ### RBC Helping Youth Preparing for Employment (HYPE) Program.
