The course will also focus on various conflicts, ethical, hiring and skills, and other leadership challenges organizations face when applying AI in business decisionmaking. This course will prepare students for the third course in which they will be applying this consulting cycle to a real/actual client business or organization. This course focuses on helping students assess their organizations’ training needs, develop appropriate training programs, and evaluate and update those programs as needed. Within this course, students will learn about digital analytics tools, data gathering methods, data insight development, and how to communicate data-driven information to key stakeholders of the organization. Participants who complete this course will be able to demonstrate and apply their knowledge of existing and emerging social finance and impact investment tools across various organizational legal structures, and will understand the enormous opportunities and challenges they present to the blended or shared value enterprise development process.
