The Bridge to Employment Program offers unemployed or under-employed Indigenous youth 18 to 34 years of age with the opportunity to benefit from defined client interventions that will enable them to develop job readiness skills and increase their chances of obtaining and keeping employment. ## Essential Skills for Success in the Bridge to Employment Program.
