Kim has a Bachelor degree in Adult Education from the University of Alberta, in Edmonton, and a Master's Degree in Leadership and Training from Royal Roads University (RRU) in Victoria, Canada. She holds Graduate Certificates in the Neuroscience of Leadership & Business from MIT Sloan, and Inspired Leadership from Case Western Reserve University, a Master of Business Administration Degree, and is a Certified Executive Coach / alumni from Royal Roads University.
