To be considered for the Mechanical Engineering MEng course, students must have A-levels in Mathematics and Physics, with a minimum of 2 A*s and 1 A. International Baccalaureate students must have a minimum of 38 points.
Mathematics and Physics are essential A-level subjects for a career in mechanical engineering. Other useful subjects include Design and Technology, and Further Mathematics.
