I have often found satisfaction in housework and your exercises reminded me to practice this more often. But, I am with you on the cooking and wondered why I can’t bring a meditative approach to it like the cleaning. I think it’s because cooking requires more skill and I am afraid of doing it wrong. Maybe I can try to make some soup this fall and just be present with the ingredients, aroma, texture, etc., and not worry so much about results. Thank you for this.
