## Get creative Getting in touch with your creative side can help you feel more relaxed. You could try: Painting or drawing Making crafts Playing a musical instrument Dancing Baking Sewing Try not to worry too much about the finished product. Just focus on enjoying yourself. #### What do I need? A table or desk Blank paper Pencils, pens or crayons Sticky tape or masking tape to hold your paper down (optional) #### What do I do? [...] 1.
